Process for factories in the provinces
- Send dimensions, quantity, accessories (upper shelf, lights, sockets) or a layout photo via Zalo — quotation within 30 minutes, with a drawing for approval.
- Manufactured at the Thu Duc workshop; every bench is resistance-tested with a TR1800 meter before leaving the workshop.
- Delivery and installation at your factory, ground cord connection, and on-site re-test if the factory requests it.
- Handover of report PAG-QA-ESD-01 and VAT invoice (0% for export processing enterprises (EPE) — PRIMEAG handles the customs declaration).

How soon can a factory in Binh Duong get its ESD benches?
Standard designs are delivered and installed within 7–10 days of order confirmation. New designs or orders over 20 benches have a separate lead time stated on the quotation.
Is there a delivery charge to Dong Nai or Long An?
Delivery and installation are free for orders over VND 20 million in Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Long An. For smaller orders the fee is stated with the quotation.
Does PRIMEAG deliver to Tay Ninh and Ba Ria – Vung Tau?
Yes. Freight and installation schedule are agreed per order.
How much does a steel pipe ESD workbench cost?
From VND 2,000,000 for a 600×800×1950 mm bench and from VND 2,500,000 for a 1200×750×1950 mm bench (worktop length × worktop width × height to top of shelf), ex 8% VAT.
Are the benches resistance-tested after installation at the factory?
Yes. Benches are tested before leaving the workshop and re-tested after installation if the factory requests it; readings are recorded in report PAG-QA-ESD-01.
