Project workflow
- Survey: we collect the layout, photos of the current site, ESD requirements, loads and number of stations.
- Drawings and BOM: drawings, bill of materials and quotation sent for customer approval.
- Sample: a sample workbench or trolley is built on request for high-volume projects.
- Production: to the approved drawings; worktops and ESD materials are resistance-tested lot by lot.
- Delivery and installation: installed at the plant, grounded and inspected together with the customer.
- Acceptance: handover of ESD test reports, CO/CQ, user instructions and warranty.

Plastic-coated steel pipe and aluminium profile systems are assembled with bolted joints, so individual parts can be replaced without scrapping the whole workbench. PRIMEAG supplies lean pipe, joints and accessories as well as industrial casters and ESD casters for replacement, expansion or future layout changes.
ESD quality control
Worktops, mats, trays, bins and other ESD materials are resistance-tested lot by lot with a surface resistance meter against the limits of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IEC 61340-5-1. Every lot ships with a test report; imported goods also come with CO/CQ and the manufacturer’s test certificates.
