Free on-site ESD resistance testing at your factory – Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai

PRIMEAG comes to your factory and tests, free of charge, the resistance of every ESD item you use – worksurfaces, floors, mats, trolleys, chairs, shelves, trays and bins – with a TR1800 meter and 5 lb electrodes, compares results with ANSI/ESD S20.20 limits, and gives a free fix for each failed point. Booking confirmed the same day, testing within 3–5 working days; no limit on test points, no purchase required.

Summary
  • Area: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai · Monday – Saturday.
  • Schedule: confirmed the same day, on-site testing within 3–5 working days.

Why test before buying more or before an internal check

ESD materials degrade over time: mats get dirty, floors get waxed, casters wear, ground cords break inside. You cannot see it. One test round of the EPA shows which points are already above 10⁹ Ω so the factory can fix them early, and which items are still fine so you do not replace a whole lot. Real example: the same ESD worksurface measured 5.86 × 10⁹ Ω through the aluminium frame (fail) and 1.30 × 10⁸ Ω through the ground cord (pass) – the fault was the grounding, not the mat.

4-step process

  1. Book: send the factory name, industrial park, areas to test and preferred date via the form or Zalo. PRIMEAG confirms the same day and tests within 3–5 working days.
  2. Quick walk-through: tour the EPA with your QA/ESD engineer and number the test points.
  3. Test: clean the surface, place 5 lb electrodes, test at 10 V; readings of 10⁶ Ω or more are re-tested at 100 V. Temperature and humidity are logged and each point is photographed.
  4. Report and fixes: within 3–5 working days you receive a PDF with readings by location, photos, pass/fail against reference limits, and a specific fix for each failed point.

Our commitments

  • Testing and fix advice are free, unlimited test points, no purchase required.
  • Fixes go straight to the cause: cleaning, repairing the ground snap, replacing the ground cord, replacing only the failed item – no replacement proposed unless needed.
  • We test other brands too and record exactly what the meter shows, even when a PRIMEAG item fails.
  • Reports go only to the factory; PRIMEAG never publishes the factory name or data without consent.

Free test results are for reference, to help the factory know its status and act early; they are not audit documents. When a factory buys from PRIMEAG under a supply contract, each delivered batch comes with a resistance test report (form PAG-QA-ESD-01) measured with a calibrated meter, signed and stamped, valid for the audit file.

FAQ

Is the on-site ESD resistance test really free? Yes. PRIMEAG tests free of charge at factories in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Dong Nai, with unlimited test points, no purchase required, and free fix advice for failed points. Booking is confirmed the same day; testing takes place within 3–5 working days.

Do you test items not bought from PRIMEAG? Yes. Every ESD item in use is tested – worksurfaces, floors, mats, trolleys, chairs, shelves, trays, bins, PVC curtains – regardless of brand.

Can the free test results be used for an ANSI/ESD S20.20 audit? No. Free test results are reference data so the factory knows its status and can act early. Audit-grade reports (calibrated meter, signed and stamped) are issued with each delivered batch when the factory buys from PRIMEAG under a supply contract.

What does the factory receive after the test? A PDF report with readings by location, photos, pass/fail against reference limits and a specific fix for each failed point, within 3–5 working days.

How do I book? Send the factory name, areas to test and preferred date via the contact form or PRIMEAG Zalo OA; PRIMEAG confirms the same day and tests Monday to Saturday.
