ESD bins & trays

ESD PP bins, Danpla boxes made to drawing, ESD trays, shielding and moisture barrier bags, foam liners and card cases for moving, storing and shipping sensitive parts. Each product is labelled conductive or dissipative with its resistance range, and every ESD lot is resistance-tested before it leaves us.

What we supply

• ESD EVA Foam — Black carbon-loaded EVA: 1 mm adhesive-backed rolls for tray and drawer liners, 2–10 mm sheets for impact protection; custom-cut foam in 5 days.
• ESD Fabric Bags — Carbon-stripe ESD fabric sewn to fit magazine-rack trolleys, 3-tier carts and bins; front zip and clear PVC window.
• Industrial Plastic Bins — Vietnamese standard sizes, solid or vented, with ESD lids that fit the EB-6142 ESD bin; blue B8 and B3 in stock.
• ESD Bags & Moisture Barrier Bags — 8 shielding sizes + 2 moisture barrier sizes, resistance sheet per lot, logo/warning label printing, low MOQ.
• ESD Corrugated Plastic Box — Dissipative 10⁶–10⁹ Ω black 4 mm Danpla with edge trim; from 200 pieces, 7–10 days.
• ESD Plastic Tray — Dissipative 10⁶–10⁹ Ω, safe for direct contact with PCBs and components; 1,000 trays in 10 days.
• ESD Plastic Bin — Conductive 10⁴–10⁶ Ω for moving and storing PCBs and components in the EPA; 400 bins in 10–14 days.
