Shipping and Return Policy

Summary: Stocked items are delivered within 1–2 working days in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Dong Nai; delivery is free for orders from VND 20,000,000 (excl. VAT). Items with manufacturing defects or not matching the quotation are exchanged within 7 days of receipt, with PRIMEAG paying the return shipping. Made-to-order goods cannot be returned; the warranty applies instead.

Effective from 25 October 2026 for all orders placed with PRIMEAG CO., LTD (tax ID 0318266731). This policy accompanies our quotations; if a quotation or contract states different terms, those terms prevail.

1. Shipping

  • For large quantities or many line items, the delivery time is reconfirmed in the quotation.
  • Export processing enterprises: PRIMEAG issues 0% VAT invoices and files the on-the-spot customs declaration itself – see our page for export processing enterprises.
  • On receipt, please check quantities and packaging together with the driver and note any discrepancy on the delivery note.

2. Exchanges and returns

Change of mind, wrong quantity or wrong item ordered No returns Please check the quotation carefully before confirming the order.

3. How to request an exchange

  1. Within 7 days of receipt, send photos of the defective item and the invoice or order number via Zalo/phone +84 906 108 292 or email info@primeag.vn.
  2. PRIMEAG confirms how the case will be handled within 1 working day.
  3. The replacement is delivered within the stocked-item lead time (1–2 working days in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Dong Nai); the defective item is collected on delivery of the replacement.

4. Warranty

Warranty periods and coverage for each product group are stated on our Capabilities & warranty page and in the quotation. ESD items are resistance-tested per lot and shipped with a test record.
