Lean pipe and aluminium profile workbenches, ESD benches, stainless steel lab benches, flow racks, pallet racks, trolleys and PCB magazine racks — designed around your line and built to your dimensions in our Ho Chi Minh City workshop in 5–7 days, supplied with drawings and BOM and installed on site. Spare parts are sold individually, so your own team can re-configure benches when the layout changes.

What we supply

• Pre-Cut Moisture-Resistant MDF Board — Green-core E1 MDF, melamine or ESD laminate 10⁶–10⁹ Ω; 15 mm shelves, 17 mm tops; cut to order in 3–5 days.
• Industrial Casters — D75 to D150, PU, PVC, red rubber or black conductive ESD tread; D75 PU and D75 ESD in stock.
• Lean Pipe & Aluminum Profile Components — Φ28 steel pipe 1.0/1.2 mm with plastic coating, D-S1–S4 joints, M6/M8 T-nuts — sold individually so your team can extend or reconfigure with a 5 mm hex key.
• PCB Racks & Trolleys — Four sizes with adjustable slots, trolleys holding 10–20 racks, resistance tested per lot; R2-M and R3-L in stock.
• Narrow-Aisle Cart — Moves trays, sub-assemblies and packing boxes along lines with 600–800 mm aisles; Φ28 coated pipe frame, built in 5–7 days.
• Wall-Mounted Stainless Steel Lab Bench — 40×40 SUS304 box-section frame, unpainted; 25 mm moisture-resistant MDF top with ESD laminate; made to order in 10 days.
• Heavy & Medium-Duty Warehouse Racks — JIS-steel selective pallet racks plus medium-duty boltless shelving (200–500 kg/level, ESD-mat decks, optional lockable castors); upright protectors and end-of-aisle barriers; made to order in 2–3 weeks.
• Gravity Flow Rack — FIFO line-side supply: bins loaded from the back roll forward on tracks inclined 5–8°; drawings, BOM and cut list ready for 1800×600, 4 levels.
• Aluminum Profile Trolley — Anodized 30×30 profile, 5 mm aluminium shelves with two-layer ESD rubber mat, conductive Φ75 PU casters; built in 7 days.
• ESD Stool — Economy PP version and cleanroom version (SUS304 with moulded PU seat), resistance tested per lot.
• ESD Chair with Backrest — Frame, seat and casters form one conductive path to the ESD floor; resistance tested per lot; 2 seat and 2 base options.
• Lean Pipe Workbench — Standard assembly bench for electronics lines; frames in stock, delivered in 5–7 days, 2–3 weeks for orders over 20 benches.
• Multi-Tier Steel Pipe Trolley — Moves WIP, component bins and PCB trays between process steps; 1500×600×1600 and 1400×600×1550 configurations, 5–7 days.
• Aluminum Profile Workbench — A6063-T5 frame joined with corner brackets and T-bolts, no welding; 25 mm ESD laminate top with grounding point; for ISO 7–8 cleanrooms.
