The standard assembly bench for electronics lines: Φ28 steel pipe coated with ABS, joined with metal connectors, no welding; 17 mm MDF top with plastic edging; upper shelves for parts, a light rail and an A3 anti-static document pocket for work instructions. The powered version comes with 2 × 0.6 m LED tubes, a 6-way socket and a switch. Operators re-adjust shelves with an Allen key when the product changes.

- Strict EPA → ESD top + grounding + 2-layer rubber mat (MT-12).
- Light inspection bench without shelves → 800×600×750 version, lower price.
TESTING & HANDOVER: load test, electrical check (leakage, switch), top resistance measured for ESD versions; drawing and joint list supplied so you can extend it yourself.

- Does the plastic coating peel over time? — The 0.6–0.8 mm ABS layer is heat-bonded to the pipe and does not peel in factory conditions; avoid strong solvents.
- Can I add shelves myself? — Yes, just add pipe and joints; PRIMEAG sells parts individually.
- What do I need for the powered version? — One 220 V outlet near the bench; PRIMEAG pre-wires cable and plug.
- Assembled or flat-packed? — Assembled within 100 km; further away flat-packed with instructions, about 20 minutes per bench.
