FIFO line-side supply rack for assembly lines: component bins are loaded from the back (logistics side) and roll forward on roller tracks inclined 5–8° towards the operator; empty bins return on the bottom level. The Φ28 plastic-coated steel pipe frame with DND joints lets you re-set the number of levels, the slope and the track spacing yourself when bins change — no welding. Tracks are chosen to suit the bin base (400×300 / 600×400 plastic bins, corrugated PP boxes, trays).

How to choose
- Light 400×300 bins (<10 kg) → plastic tracks, 6–7° slope.
- Heavy 600×400 bins (10–25 kg) → aluminium tracks with Φ36 wheels, 5° slope, 2–3 tracks per level.
- Load from the back, pick from the front (true FIFO) → depth ≥ 900 mm with an empty-bin return level.
- Rack has to move with the layout → add casters with brakes.
TESTING & HANDOVER: slide test with your actual bins, slope adjusted on site, acceptance report; drawing and joint BOM supplied so you can extend it yourself.
FAQ
- What slope lets bins roll without tipping? — 5–8° depending on weight; lighter bins need more slope. PRIMEAG adjusts it on site at the joints.
- How long do plastic roller tracks last? — 2–3 years with plastic bins; cartons wear them faster, so use aluminium tracks.
- Can I add levels myself? — Yes: pipe + joints + tracks, with a 5 mm Allen key.
- Can you design to our floor plan? — Yes; send bin sizes, the number of part numbers and the line drawing — PRIMEAG draws it within 2 days.
