Selected projects
A few of the projects PRIMEAG has manufactured and installed for foreign-invested factories and warehouses in Vietnam. Client names are kept confidential.

400 custom trolleys for a US-invested factory
Requirement
The factory needed a large fleet of trolleys designed around its production steps: the right load capacity, enough hooks and tray space for parts, and easy reach for operators picking and returning items.
What we did
Designed to the client’s use case: a top hanging bar with hooks, a tray deck for plastic bins, side hanger arms and lockable castors. Frame in plastic-coated steel pipe with a full 1 mm wall and modular metal joints for fast assembly. Built and delivered in 5 batches to match the factory’s schedule.
Result
400 identical trolleys, sturdy in daily use; the modular structure makes parts easy to replace or adjust when the process changes.

Workbenches for an e-commerce fulfilment hub
Requirement
A new hub needed rows of packing and sorting benches with upper shelves for cartons and materials — on a tight deadline before go-live.
What we did
White-top plastic-coated pipe benches with upper and lower shelves laid out around the packing motion, plus large stainless 304 tables for the processing area. Made in our HCMC workshop, delivered and installed turnkey.
Result
Manufactured in 10 days, installed in 2 days. The pipe-and-joint structure can be reconfigured as the hub expands.

Workbenches, stainless tables and trolleys for a 3,000 m² e-commerce warehouse
Requirement
A new 3,000 m² warehouse needed a matching set of equipment for packing, sorting and moving goods: workbenches in two sizes, large stainless tables and trolleys between zones.
What we did
Plastic-coated steel pipe benches with white tops, an upper shelf frame and two lower shelves; 1200×2400 stainless 304 tables for the processing area; multi-tier pipe trolleys on PU castors. Manufactured and installed on site as a turnkey package.
Result
146 units built on one pipe-and-joint system: parts are easy to replace, and layouts can be changed or extended as the warehouse grows.

ESD workbench lines for an electronic components plant
Requirement
The plant was opening assembly lines back to back; every bench needed an ESD top, lighting, power sockets and a grounding point that pass ESD audits.
What we did
Plastic-coated pipe benches with green ESD mats, upper parts shelves, light frames, power sockets and ground cords pre-installed on each bench, delivered in 4 batches matched to the line-opening schedule.
Result
About 500 identical benches with lighting, power and grounding; new lines never waited on furniture.

Air shower installed at a workshop entrance
Requirement
The plant needed to blow dust off operators’ garments before they enter production and the ESD protected area, fitted into an existing workshop door frame.
What we did
Supplied an air shower with 4 motors and 24 side nozzles, surveyed the opening, fitted it into the panel wall at the workshop entrance, wired and commissioned it on site.
Result
The air shower runs at the workshop entrance, right next to the ESD wrist-strap and footwear test gate.

Parts trolleys for an e-bike plant
Requirement
Sturdy, easy-rolling trolleys were needed to move assembly parts between stations and stay put while picking.
What we did
Plastic-coated pipe frames with metal joints, green ESD mat decks, rounded push handles and lockable PU castors.
Result
A uniform trolley fleet for the assembly line; frames can be modified or extended when parts change.
