Trolley for cleanrooms and EPAs: anodised 30×30 aluminium profile frame (no paint, nothing to flake off), 4 decks of 5 mm aluminium plate covered with 2-layer ESD rubber mat, conductive Φ75 PU casters with 2 brakes, aluminium push handle. Each level carries PCB trays, JEDEC trays or component bins; charge drains through the casters to the ESD floor. Built to the customer drawing (PCT) and extendable with more levels.

FAQ
- Is anodised aluminium conductive? — The anodised layer is insulating; the discharge path runs ESD mat → frame (where screws cut through the anodising) → casters. PRIMEAG measures it and records it in the report.
- Can 4 levels become 5? — Yes; the profile has an 8 mm slot, add a level with T-bolts.
- How is a worn ESD mat replaced? — The mat is bonded to the aluminium deck and peeled off level by level; PRIMEAG sells pre-cut mats.
- Assembled or flat-packed? — Assembled within 100 km; further away flat-packed with an assembly drawing.
