Aluminium Profile ESD Workbench 40×40

Aluminium Profile ESD Workbench 40×40

Code: AW-40 · Aluminium profile ESD workbench 40×40.

Assembly bench for electronics lines and ISO 7–8 cleanrooms. A6063-T5 40×40 aluminium frame joined with corner brackets and T-bolts, no welding — dismantle and extend when the layout changes. 25 mm board top with ESD laminate and a ground point. Built to your size in the PRIMEAG workshop, delivered and installed in 5–7 working days in HCMC – Binh Duong – Dong Nai. Made to order; 1200×700×750 and 1500×750×750 frames are often in stock.

How to choose

  • Choose 40×40 for benches longer than 1,500 mm or point loads over 50 kg; 30×30 (AW-30) is enough for light inspection benches and about 20 % cheaper.
  • Passing ESD audits by Japanese/Korean customers: add a 2-layer rubber mat (MT-12) + ground socket + resistance report at handover.
  • Layout changes every quarter, operators adjust it themselves → Φ28 lean pipe bench (LW-8619), about 30 % cheaper.
  • ISO 5–6 cleanrooms → ESD-painted steel or stainless top instead of board.

TESTING & HANDOVER: top and point-to-ground resistance measured on every bench, load test, acceptance report and drawing supplied. Sample datasheet and drawings (PDF/DWG) available on request.

FAQ

  • 30×30 vs 40×40? — 40×40 is about 2.5× stiffer in bending, for long benches, heavy loads and mounted equipment; 30×30 is lighter and cheaper for inspection benches.
  • What resistance should an ESD top have? — 10⁶–10⁹ Ω per S20.20/S4.1, grounded through a 1 MΩ cord.
  • Is 300 kg distributed or point load? — Evenly distributed; maximum 50 kg point load, reinforce for heavy machines.
  • Lead time for custom sizes? — 5–7 working days; orders >20 benches 2–3 weeks.
  • Do you install and sign off on site? — Yes, PRIMEAG technicians install, measure resistance and sign the acceptance report.
