A saddle-shaped seat lets the legs drop to both sides and opens the hip angle more than a flat seat, helping operators keep the back straight when they lean forward – dentistry, microscope work, hand soldering, high benches. PRIMEAG offers 8 models: with or without backrest, cast aluminium, nylon or chrome steel base, glides or castors, optional foot ring.
Who needs a saddle stool? People who sit high and lean forward for long periods: dentists, technicians at microscopes, operators soldering or reworking PCBs at benches of 900 mm and above. The “half-sitting, half-standing” posture keeps the lower back in a more natural curve than a flat seat. New users usually need a few days to get used to it.
Note: this range is not anti-static. For electronics workstations inside an EPA choose the ESD chair with backrest or the ESD stool.

- Can I sit on a saddle stool all day? — Yes if the height is set correctly (thighs sloping down, feet on the floor or foot ring); get used to it gradually in the first week.
- Is it anti-static? — No, this range is not an ESD product.
- With or without backrest? — The backrest is for resting between tasks; while working, saddle-stool users usually sit upright without leaning back.
