Stool with a solid stainless steel seat – no cushion, no seams – that can be wiped with alcohol and disinfectant and does not hold dust. For cleanrooms, laboratories and dry packing areas in pharma and food plants. Why a stainless stool? Leather or padded seats have seams and foam that hold dust and microbes. A solid stainless seat can be wiped with 70 % alcohol and ordinary disinfectants – suitable for cleanrooms, laboratories and dry packing areas.

Use in anti-static areas?

Stainless steel is conductive, but the stool only discharges static when its glides or castors are also conductive and it stands on an ESD floor. For use inside an EPA, tell us before ordering so PRIMEAG fits conductive glides or castors and measures seat-to-floor resistance before delivery (limit < 1×10⁹ Ω per ANSI/ESD S20.20).
