What it is used for

Plastic deck or steel deck?
A plastic deck is light, rust-free, does not scratch tiled floors or office carpets, runs quietly and is easy to clean — suitable for light to medium loads moved indoors. A steel deck handles impacts and concentrated loads better, and suits mechanical workshops and heavy goods over 300 kg. For cartons, office supplies and ordinary warehouse goods, a 200 kg plastic deck is sufficient and more compact.
Use the right load to make the trolley last
- 200 kg is the evenly distributed load on the deck; place heavy items in the centre and avoid loading one corner.
- Do not stand on the trolley, and do not use it to haul goods up or down stairs.
- Over door thresholds and floor channels: push slowly and tilt slightly so the front wheels cross first.
- Regularly remove hair, thread and tape wound around the wheel axles — a common reason why a trolley becomes hard to push.
