Conditions for the 0% rate
The 0% VAT rate for goods sold into non-tariff zones applies under current regulations (Decree 181/2025/ND-CP and Ministry of Finance guidance): goods must be used inside the zone for export production, with a contract, customs declaration and non-cash payment evidence. PRIMEAG checks the document set with both accounting teams before invoicing; if the conditions are not met, PRIMEAG informs you first and invoices at the standard rate.
FAQ
Do you file declarations for orders under VND 20 million?
Yes; the handling fee is stated in the quotation. Many customers consolidate monthly orders to reach the free threshold.
Does the customer have to file the import side?
On-the-spot declarations have two sides; PRIMEAG prepares and files the export side and guides your import/export staff on the import side if needed.
Do ESD goods delivered into the zone come with a test report?
Yes. Every ESD lot ships with report PAG-QA-ESD-01 showing actual readings per ANSI/ESD S7.1 / S4.1.
Is support available in English, Korean, Japanese or Chinese?
Yes. Contracts and documents are bilingual Vietnamese–English; we communicate in English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese.
