Looking for a mid-height ESD plastic bin in Vietnam? The 610×420×150 mm ESD box (PSB007) sits between the low PSB025 box and the 190 mm PSB003 box. It suits sub-assemblies and bagged components stacked in a few layers, while operators can still reach parts at the bottom without tilting the box.

The 10³–10⁹ Ω range falls in the conductive–dissipative zone as classified by ANSI/ESD S541 (conductive < 10⁴ Ω, dissipative 10⁴ to < 10¹¹ Ω); both classes are acceptable in an EPA. Place the box on a grounded bench or rack to drain charge; when moving goods outside the EPA, put boards in shielding bags or use a box with a tight-fitting lid.
Footprint note: 610×420 is not the 600×400 Euro container module (VDA 4500); if your racks, trolleys or conveyors are designed for 600×400, measure again before ordering.

Frequently asked questions
Is 610×420×150 the inner or the outer size of the ESD box?
It is the outer (overall) size, tolerance ±3 %. The inner size is smaller; if parts must fit snugly, measure the inside of a sample before ordering in quantity.
Can I get an ESD lid for the PSB007 box?
Yes. The ESD lid 605×420×28 mm is shared by the whole 610×420 line (PSB003, PSB007, PSB017, PSB019, PSB025), so 610×420 boxes of different heights use the same lid.
Will cleaning remove the ESD property of the box?
No. The carbon is distributed through the whole plastic body, not a coating, so wiping with IPA or ethanol does not remove the ESD property. Avoid cleaners containing silicone or wax; PP becomes more brittle below 0 °C, so avoid dropping the box in cold storage.
