PRIMEAG supplies 46 sizes of solid plastic trays and bins, 20 sizes of open-mesh (vented) crates and 24 sizes of ESD trays and bins (carbon-loaded PP, surface resistance 10³–10⁹ Ω), from a 109×95×52 mm part box up to a 610×420×390 mm bin. All dimensions below are outer dimensions in mm, tolerance ±3%. Type a code or a dimension into the search box to filter the table.
- Outer dimensions (overall) L×W×H, tolerance ±3%; the inside is smaller.
- Standard and ESD versions use separate molds: the same code can differ by a few mm (standard PA3 is 160 mm high, ESD PA3 is 150 mm high).
- Options: logo printing, text printing, label card holders, dividers, lids.

1. ESD plastic trays and bins – 24 sizes
Black carbon-loaded PP, surface resistance 10³–10⁹ Ω. Used in EPAs, SMT lines and electronics assembly. See also ESD plastic trays and ESD plastic bin 610×420×390.

2. Solid plastic trays and bins (standard) – 46 sizes
PP, multiple colors. For parts stores, assembly lines without static-sensitive parts and finished-goods warehouses. Part boxes interlock into blocks or hang on racks and trolleys; see industrial plastic bins.

Envelope volume = Length × Width × Height (outer dimensions) ÷ 1,000,000, for size comparison only; the actual usable capacity is smaller. Need another size or a compartment tray made to drawing? 3. Open-mesh (vented) plastic crates – 20 sizes
Walls and base have drainage and ventilation openings; used for washing parts, drying, food, farm produce and light warehouse goods. The 610×420 series stacks together and shares one lid.

Frequently asked questions
Are the dimensions in the table inside or outside dimensions? They are outer (overall) dimensions in mm, tolerance ±3%. The inside is smaller because of the wall thickness and rim.
What is the resistance of PRIMEAG ESD plastic trays? The ESD trays and bins in the table are made of black carbon-loaded PP with a surface resistance of 10³–10⁹ Ω.
Why do the standard and ESD versions of the same code differ in size? Standard and ESD versions are molded in separate molds, so some codes differ by a few millimeters; for example, standard PA3 is 160 mm high and ESD PA3 is 150 mm high. When ordering, check the table for the type you need.
Can you print logos or add dividers? Yes. PRIMEAG offers logo printing, text printing, label card holders, dividers and lids on request.
