How to choose

  • Component bins and heavy WIP → this model with 17 mm MDF decks.
  • PCB trays and boards → add ESD decks bonded to the frame + 4 conductive casters (a drag chain is only a backup); or PCB magazine racks & trolleys (MR).
  • Aisles narrower than 1.2 m → 1400×600×1550 version or 900×600 (built to size).
  • Cleanroom, no plastic coating that could peel → aluminium profile trolley with aluminium decks (AT-8612) or SUS304 stainless trolley (ask PRIMEAG).
  • Light loads in plastic bins → 4-tier inclined bin trolley (ask PRIMEAG).

TESTING & HANDOVER: load test on every level, brake check, acceptance report; drawing and joint list supplied so you can extend it yourself.

FAQ

  • Plastic-coated pipe vs stainless steel? — Plastic-coated pipe costs less and you can assemble it yourself; stainless is for cleanrooms and food areas, with no coating to peel.
  • Can I change the number of levels later? — Yes, just add joints and pipe; all you need is a 5 mm Allen key.
  • What does 150 kg per level mean? — Load evenly distributed over the deck; put heavy, concentrated loads on the bottom level.
  • Is there an ESD version? — Yes: ESD decks bonded to the frame, 4 conductive casters and a ground cord when parked, measured against S20.20 limits when carrying PCBs.
  • Assembled or flat-packed? — Assembled within HCMC – Binh Duong – Dong Nai; further away flat-packed to save freight.
