Cleanroom Sticky Mat 600×900

Cleanroom sticky mat 600×900

Code: SM-6090 · Cleanroom sticky mat 600×900 (24″×36″), 30 layers. Also called “60×90 sticky mat”, “tacky mat 24×36” or “30-layer sticky mat” — the difference: every layer is numbered at the corner so you know how many are left, odourless adhesive, standard 10-mat boxes. Stock in Ho Chi Minh City, delivery 24–48 h.

Multi-layer PE film coated with acrylic adhesive, placed at cleanroom entrances, air showers, component stores and SMT workshop doors to catch dust from shoe soles and trolley wheels. When the top layer is dirty, peel it off — no cleaning needed. The adhesive underside fixes the mat to the floor, or it can sit in an aluminium frame.

FAQ

  • When should a layer be peeled? — When about 30–50 % of the surface is dulled by dust, or every shift at busy doors; peel from the numbered corner, pulling diagonally.
  • Does it leave adhesive on the floor? — The acrylic base adhesive is designed to peel off without residue; maximum dwell time follows the manufacturer’s recommendation — test on a corner of the floor first.
  • Blue or white? — White shows dust clearly (easy to check); blue is the most common in electronics factories.
  • Is an aluminium frame needed? — Not required; a frame makes changing mats faster and stops the edges lifting when trolleys pass.
