PRIMEAG Manufacturing Capability: Lean Pipe Workbenches, Racks and Trolleys Built to Drawing
PRIMEAG manufactures workbenches, racks and trolleys from Φ28 plastic-coated steel pipe (lean pipe) and aluminium profile in Ho Chi Minh City. We design to your drawing or line layout, break down the BOM, cut the pipe, assemble, measure the ESD resistance of every unit, then deliver and install at plants in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Long An. Pipe and joints come from a partner extrusion plant in Vietnam that keeps finished pipe in stock, so orders of 5–20 sets do not wait for material.

What PRIMEAG does in-house
| Step | Who | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Site survey, line layout measurement, 3D drawing | PRIMEAG technical team | Drawing sent for approval before cutting; revisions free until sign-off |
| BOM breakdown: pipe, joints, worktop, casters, accessories | PRIMEAG | Per DND joint logic; you receive a joint count so you can extend the frame later |
| Pipe cutting to cut list | PRIMEAG | Disc saw, tolerance ±2 mm; both ends deburred |
| Assembly of frame, worktop, shelf tiers, casters | PRIMEAG | Joint bolts torqued to spec and paint-marked after tightening |
| ESD resistance test of every unit | PRIMEAG | TR1800 meter, 5 lb electrodes; readings recorded in report PAG-QA-ESD-01 |
| Delivery and installation at your plant | PRIMEAG | Free for orders over VND 20 million in HCMC, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An |
| Pipe extrusion, metal joint stamping | Partner plant in Vietnam | PRIMEAG inspects incoming pipe and joints before cutting; ESD pipe is surface-resistance tested per batch |
Pipe and joints: sourced in Vietnam, in stock
Φ28 cold-rolled steel core 0.8 mm or 1.0 mm thick, ABS coated in cream, black, blue, white or grey; the ESD version has a black conductive coating. Zinc-plated metal joints (DND type) and plastic joints with M6 bolts. The partner plant extrudes in Vietnam and holds finished pipe stock, so PRIMEAG draws pipe by colour and wall thickness within 1–2 days instead of waiting for imports. Cutting, assembly and testing at the PRIMEAG workshop
Each order has a cut list giving the quantity of every pipe length from the approved drawing. Pipe is cut on a disc saw, deburred at both ends and the frame is built from the feet up. For ESD products the frame uses ESD pipe and metal joints for a continuous conductive path, the worktop or shelf is bonded to a metal joint with a ground wire, and casters are conductive PU. After assembly every unit is measured resistance-to-ground and point-to-point with a TR1800 meter and 5 lb electrodes; the readings go into the resistance test report shipped with the goods, ready for your audit file.

What PRIMEAG does not do in-house
PRIMEAG does not extrude pipe, stamp joints or powder-coat; a partner plant in Vietnam does these to PRIMEAG’s specification. ESD laminate tops, aluminium tops, glass and electrical parts are bought from specialist suppliers. This lets PRIMEAG focus on design, correct assembly and passing measurements, while pipe and joints are always available in several colours.
How to start
- Send a drawing, a sample photo, or dimensions and quantity.
- Receive a 3D drawing and quotation within 1 working day (standard models: 30 minutes).
- Approve the drawing; confirm pipe colour, worktop and casters.
- Receive the goods with the resistance test report; re-test at your plant on request.

Frequently asked questions
Does PRIMEAG have its own workshop or is it a trading company? PRIMEAG has a cutting, assembly and ESD-testing workshop in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City, and its own design team. Pipe and joints are bought from a partner extrusion plant in Vietnam.
Can we visit the workshop or see a sample before ordering? Yes, with one day’s notice. Plants in Binh Duong or Dong Nai can ask PRIMEAG to bring a sample bench or trolley to site.
Can you handle orders of 100 sets or more? Yes, delivered in stages of 2–3 weeks each; the exact schedule is stated on the quotation after drawing sign-off.
Do you sell pipe and joints separately for our own repairs? Yes. MOQ is one pipe or one bag of joints, with an assembly drawing if needed.
