Code: GC-O · Carbon-fiber ESD glove, PU fingertip-coated, Overlock seam. Equivalent to “Carbon Top” gloves from other brands — the difference: Overlock edges that do not shed threads onto components, and a resistance test report with every lot. Stock in Ho Chi Minh City, delivery in 24–48 h; large orders (>5,000 pairs) 7–10 days.
Seamless 13-gauge polyester liner knitted with carbon yarn, thin PU coating on the fingertips to keep sensitivity when handling small parts. The carbon yarn runs through the whole glove and drains static via the wrist strap to ground — for SMT lines, PCB assembly and visual inspection inside an EPA per ANSI/ESD S20.20.

Choose by process
- SMT, picking 0402/0603 parts → this glove (fingertip coated, high dexterity).
- Packing, heavy handling, sweaty hands → PU palm-coated White Palm (GP-P).
- Anti-slip only, no ESD requirement → Grey Top (GP-F), lower cost.
- Japanese/Korean auditors asking “real carbon or printed stripes?” → ask for the resistance report; PRIMEAG sends one with every lot.
DOCUMENTS PER LOT: surface resistance report, RoHS. 5 free sample pairs before volume orders.
RECURRING ORDERS: monthly delivery schedule, price held for 6 months, minimum 2 cartons kept in stock for regular customers.
FAQ
- Do carbon gloves really dissipate static? — Yes, if the carbon yarn is knitted into the glove and measures 10⁵–10⁸ Ω. Printed “carbon stripes” do not conduct. PRIMEAG tests every lot.
- What does Overlock mean? — Locked edge stitching: no fraying, no lint on boards, lasts longer after washing.
- Can they be washed? — 3–5 times at 40 °C, but resistance rises; strict ESD areas should replace per shift.
- Do I still need a wrist strap? — Yes. The glove only conducts to the hand; a wrist strap with a 1 MΩ cord takes the charge to ground.
