Code: GN-12 · Cleanroom nitrile gloves 12″, powder-free — Nitrilstat, Shirudo 7th Sense, ASAP (made in Malaysia).
12-inch (about 30 cm) powder-free cleanroom nitrile gloves imported from Malaysia under three brands: Nitrilstat (Riverstone), Shirudo 7th Sense and ASAP. The three differ in price, cleanliness level, thickness and fingertip texture, so each factory can match the glove to the process and budget instead of using one glove everywhere.
No need to compare on your own: tell PRIMEAG your cleanroom class, process and monthly quantity, and we quote all three brands at the same specification. Already using a glove? Send a photo of the bag or carton label and PRIMEAG supplies the exact code.
What is a cleanroom nitrile glove?
It differs from an ordinary nitrile glove in being washed, tested for particles and ions, and packed inside a cleanroom. It does not contaminate the product, leaves no corrosive ions on circuits and contains no powder. The 12-inch length covers the cleanroom suit cuff. Used in electronics, semiconductors, SMT assembly, optics, displays, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and laboratories.
The 3 brands PRIMEAG supplies
- Nitrilstat — Riverstone Resources Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia (cleanroom glove specialist). Several lines incl. Low Extractable (LE) and SF1, powder-free. 12 in, sizes S, M (L on order). 200 pcs/bag, 5 bags/carton (1,000 pcs = 500 pairs). Shelf life 3 years from manufacture date.
- Shirudo 7th Sense — Cleanera (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., part of the Kossan group. Low Derma technology: no sulphur, no chemical accelerators — less skin irritation on long shifts; low ion, low particle; ESD feature. 12 in, sizes S, M, L. 100 pcs/bag, double polybag.
- ASAP — made in Malaysia. Ambidextrous, powder-free, low ion and particle, good tactility; options for surface, cleanliness, length and thickness. 12 in (other lengths available), sizes S, M, L. 100 pcs/bag.
Detailed specs per line (class, thickness, surface) are sent with the quotation and the CoA for each lot.
Choose by 5 criteria
- Cleanliness: ISO 5 (Class 100), wafer, optics → high-clean, low-ion/low-extractable line. ISO 6–8, SMT assembly → standard line is enough.
- Thickness: small parts, counting, inspection → thin. Chemical wiping, sharp-edged parts → thicker.
- Fingertip texture: wafers, glass, slippery parts → textured fingertips. General work → smooth, sheds fewer particles.
- Wearer’s skin: 8–12 hours a day with itching or allergy cases → accelerator-free glove (e.g. Shirudo Low Derma).
- Price: premium glove for critical steps, standard glove for secondary steps — lower cost and still audit-ready.

FAQ
- Why do cleanroom gloves cost more? — They are washed repeatedly in ultra-pure water, packed in a cleanroom and tested per lot for particles and ions.
- 12 inch vs 9 inch? — About 6–7 cm longer to go over the suit cuff; required in higher-class cleanrooms.
- How long can they be worn? — Change when leaving the cleanroom, when torn, or per factory rules; single use.
- Do I need a separate ESD glove? — Many cleanroom nitrile lines already have ESD properties; if your EPA requires measured resistance, PRIMEAG sends data for the specific line.
