Handheld electrostatic field meter for ESD control in Vietnam factories, with a 2-line LCD: line 1 shows the distance, line 2 shows the reading; the unit switches automatically between V/m and V according to the measuring distance. Resets to 0 automatically at power-on; auto power-off.
Switch to CPS mode to measure the ion balance and discharge time of static eliminators (requires the charged plate kit). The TE1023 connects to a PC via USB; the TE1022 has no such port.

- You need to measure body voltage while walking on the floor → walking body voltage test kit (TE1023WTS).
- Very strong field areas, analog output needed → TE1020 with LED bar graph.
