Need a compact ionizer that fits on a microscope, fixture or inside a machine in Vietnam? The 700 is a mini DC ionizing blower: the 700F fan head measures only 85×100×33 mm and weighs 220 g, separate from the 700C high-voltage controller. The small head can be mounted right at the work area, on a microscope, a fixture or inside an automated machine — where a benchtop blower will not fit.
For individual ESD workstations: repair benches, soldering benches, a single point on an electronics line. Working distance 150–600 mm, noise level 18 dB.

When to choose the mini ionizing blower
- Only one operator, one small work point, or the blower must be mounted on a machine, fixture or next to a microscope → choose the mini 700: small, light fan head with a separate high-voltage unit.
- Repair or test benches that need stronger airflow and a larger area (300–900 mm, 120 CFM) → single-fan benchtop ionizer (701).
- No manual needle cleaning wanted → self-cleaning single-fan ionizer (711), which cleans its needles at power-on and every 24 hours.
- Note: the 2.0 s discharge time of the 700 is measured at 100 mm, while the 701–703 blowers are measured at 300 mm; compare only at the same distance.
Verification and maintenance
- Measure ion balance and discharge time with a charged plate monitor (CPM) at the actual distance where the product sits in front of the blower; check periodically (6 months recommended) and re-measure after every cleaning or emitter needle replacement.
- Emitter needles are consumables: clean them weekly with an IPA-moistened cotton swab with the power off, never touch the needles with bare hands; clean the intake grille to maintain airflow.
- An ionizer does not replace wrist straps, mats or flooring: grounding remains the primary measure for conductors and people; ionization is for insulators that cannot be removed (plastic housings, glass, films, trays).
