The 711 is a new-generation single-fan DC ionizer that cleans its emitter needles automatically at power-on and once every 24 hours — no manual emitter cleaning required. Compact body 177 × 65.4 × 201.5 mm, 0.85 kg, powered by a separate DC 15 V adapter, 9 W.
Neutralizing area 750 × 300 mm, discharge ≤ 2 s and balance ≤ |±10 V| measured 300 mm from the air outlet. For electronics, optoelectronics and semiconductors; can be mounted at an angle on equipment frames.

When to choose the 1-fan self-cleaning ionizer
- You do not want to depend on a weekly emitter-cleaning schedule, or the ionizer is mounted where it is hard to reach → 711.
- Need a longer air throw (up to 900 mm) and versions with alarm and network connection → 1-fan benchtop ionizer (701 / 701+ / 701+NET); in exchange, emitters must be cleaned manually.
- Wider area, hung above a conveyor → 2-fan self-cleaning ionizer (712), neutralizing area 600 × 300 × 750 mm, direct AC supply.
- Ozone of the 711 is ≤ 0.05 ppm at 150 mm, of the 700–703 series ≤ 0.002 ppm; both are below the OSHA limit of 0.1 ppm (8-hour average), but avoid placing many ionizing devices in a closed, unventilated room.
Testing and maintenance
- Measure ion balance and discharge time with a charged plate monitor (CPM) at the actual distance of the product in front of the ionizer; check periodically (every 6 months recommended) and re-measure after every cleaning or emitter replacement.
- Emitters self-clean at power-on and every 24 hours; still clean the front and rear grilles periodically to maintain airflow.
- An ionizer does not replace wrist straps, mats or ESD flooring: grounding remains the primary measure for conductors and people; ionization is for insulators that cannot be removed (plastic housings, glass, films, trays).
