PRIMEAG Manufacturing Capability: Lean Pipe Workbenches, Racks and Trolleys Built to Your Drawings
PRIMEAG is a Ho Chi Minh City manufacturer of workbenches, racks and trolleys made from Φ28 lean pipe (plastic-coated steel pipe) and aluminium profile for factories in Vietnam. We design to your drawings or line layout, prepare the BOM, cut the pipe, assemble, measure the electrostatic discharge (ESD) resistance of every product, then deliver and install at factories in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Long An. Pipes and joints come from a partner pipe extrusion workshop manufacturing in Vietnam that holds finished-pipe inventory, so orders of 5–20 sets do not wait for raw material.

What PRIMEAG does in-house
| Process | Done by | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Site survey, line layout measurement, 3D drawing design | PRIMEAG engineering team | Drawings sent for approval before cutting; free revisions until finalised |
| BOM take-off: pipe, joints, tops, casters, accessories | PRIMEAG | Based on DND joint logic; customer receives a joint count sheet for future expansion |
| Pipe cutting per cutting order | PRIMEAG | Disc cutting machine, tolerance ±2 mm; both pipe ends deburred |
| Assembly of frames, tops, shelf tiers, casters | PRIMEAG | Joint bolts tightened to specified torque, paint-marked after tightening |
| ESD resistance testing of every product | PRIMEAG | TR1800 meter, 5 lb electrodes; readings recorded in report PAG-QA-ESD-01 |
| Delivery and installation at the factory | PRIMEAG | Free for orders over VND 20 million in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An |
| Plastic-coated steel pipe extrusion, metal joint stamping | Partner workshop in Vietnam | PRIMEAG inspects incoming pipe and joints before cutting; ESD pipe surface resistance measured per lot |
Pipe and joints: sourced in Vietnam, readily available
Φ28 pipe with a cold-rolled steel core 0.8 mm or 1.0 mm thick, coated in ABS plastic in cream, black, blue, white or grey; the ESD type is coated in black conductive plastic. Galvanised metal joints (DND joints) and plastic joints come with M6 bolts. The partner workshop extrudes pipe in Vietnam and keeps a finished-pipe warehouse, so PRIMEAG gets pipe by colour and thickness in 1–2 days instead of waiting for imports. For pipe and joint details see the page lean pipe and aluminium profile components.

Cutting, assembly and testing at the PRIMEAG workshop
Every order has a cutting order listing the quantity of each pipe length according to the approved drawing. Pipes are cut with a disc cutting machine, deburred at both ends, and frames are assembled from the feet up. For antistatic products, the frame uses ESD pipe and metal joints to form a continuous conductive path, the bench top or shelf is connected to a metal joint with a ground cord, and casters are conductive PU. After assembly, every product is measured for resistance to ground and point-to-point with a TR1800 meter and 5 lb electrodes; readings are entered in the resistance test report delivered with the goods, which the factory can cross-check during audits.

Lead times and order sizes
| Order type | Lead time (after drawing approval) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Standard models (benches, racks, trolleys with existing designs), 1–10 sets | 5–7 working days | Delivery and installation in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An within 7–10 days |
| New design to drawing or layout | 10–15 working days | Includes 3D drawing approval time |
| Orders over 20 sets | 2–3 weeks | Delivered in batches if the factory installs line by line |
| Repair, extension or re-layout of purchased benches and racks | 1–3 days | Pipe and joints sold separately for in-house work; or PRIMEAG does it on site |
Recent projects: 10 antistatic aluminium profile workbenches for a factory in VSIP II Industrial Park, Binh Duong (10/2026); a lot of multi-tier trolleys and plastic-coated steel pipe benches and racks for a factory in Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park, Binh Duong (top photos); in 03/2026, 50 trolleys with ESD shelves delivered to an e-bike factory; and lots of workbenches and steel pipe racks for electronics factories and warehouses in Binh Duong and Dong Nai. What PRIMEAG does not do in-house
PRIMEAG does not extrude pipe, stamp joints or powder-coat; these steps are done by partner workshops in Vietnam to PRIMEAG’s specifications. ESD laminate tops, aluminium tops, glass and electrical materials are bought from specialist suppliers. This lets PRIMEAG focus on design, correct assembly and passing measurements, while pipe and joints remain readily available in many colours.
Where to start
- Send a drawing, sample photo, or dimensions and quantity.
- Receive a 3D drawing + quotation within 1 working day (standard models: 30 minutes).
- Approve the drawing and confirm pipe colour, top and casters.
- Receive the goods with the resistance test report; re-measured at your factory if needed.
Send your drawing for a quote Free on-site ESD resistance testing
Factories that are export processing enterprises receive invoices at 0% VAT; for orders from VND 20 million, PRIMEAG handles on-the-spot import/export customs procedures free of charge.
Frequently asked questions
Does PRIMEAG have its own workshop in Vietnam or is it only a trading company? PRIMEAG has a cutting – assembly – testing workshop in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City and its own design engineering team. Pipes and joints are bought from a partner pipe extrusion workshop in Vietnam.
Can I visit the workshop or see samples before ordering? Yes. Book 1 day in advance; for factories in Binh Duong or Dong Nai, PRIMEAG brings sample benches or trolleys to your site.
Can you handle orders of 100 sets or more? Yes, delivered in batches every 2–3 weeks; the exact schedule is stated on the quotation after the drawing is finalised.
Can factories buy lean pipe and joints separately for their own repairs? Yes. MOQ 1 pipe or 1 bag of joints, with assembly drawings if needed.
