Powder-coated aluminium body 840 × 175 × 118 mm, supplied with an L-bracket; suited to conveyors and long benches in electronics, optoelectronics and semiconductors.

When to choose the 3-fan self-cleaning ionizer
- Shorter area (600 mm) → 712 (2 fans); longer (1,060 mm) → 714 (4 fans).
- Need an alarm or network connection and can accept manual emitter cleaning → 3-fan ionizing bar 703 / 703+ / 703+NET.
- Select by conveyor or bench width: choose a bar whose neutralizing area is equal to or longer than the product path.
Testing and maintenance
- Measure ion balance and discharge time with a charged plate monitor (CPM) at the actual distance of the product in front of the ionizer; check periodically (every 6 months recommended) and re-measure after every cleaning or emitter replacement.
- Emitters self-clean at power-on and every 24 hours; still clean the front and rear grilles periodically to maintain airflow.
- An ionizer does not replace wrist straps, mats or ESD flooring: grounding remains the primary measure for conductors and people; ionization is for insulators that cannot be removed (plastic housings, glass, films, trays).
