Looking for a stackable ESD turnover box for shelving with limited tier height in Vietnam? The PSB003 is 190 mm high — the tallest size still in the medium group (101–200 mm) of the 610×420 range. It is usually chosen when you need nearly double the volume of PSB025 while keeping the stack low and easy to place on shelving with limited tier spacing.

The 10³–10⁹ Ω range falls in the conductive–dissipative zone as classified by ANSI/ESD S541 (conductive < 10⁴ Ω, dissipative 10⁴ to < 10¹¹ Ω); both classes can be used in an EPA. Place it on a grounded bench or shelf to drain charge; when taking parts outside the EPA, put PCBs in shielding bags or use a box with a closed lid.
Footprint note: 610×420 is not the 600×400 Euro container module (VDA 4500); if your shelving, trolleys or conveyors are designed for 600×400, measure again before ordering.

Frequently asked questions
Is 610×420×190 the inside or outside size of the box?
It is the outer (overall) size, tolerance ±3%. The inside is smaller; if parts must fit snugly, measure the inner dimensions on a sample before ordering in quantity.
Does the PSB003 box come with an ESD lid?
Yes. The ESD lid 605×420×28 mm is shared across the 610×420 line (PSB003, PSB007, PSB017, PSB019, PSB025), so 610×420 boxes of different heights all use the same lid.
Will cleaning remove the ESD properties?
No. The carbon is distributed throughout the plastic, not applied as a coating, so wiping with IPA or ethanol does not remove the ESD properties. Avoid cleaners containing silicone or wax; PP becomes more brittle below 0 °C, so avoid dropping it when used in cold storage.
