The standard worktop is a two-layer ESD rubber mat (soft, no scratching of parts, easy to drill for ground cords). Hard, scratch-resistant ESD laminate is an option at a noticeably higher price and rarely used on workbenches in Vietnam.

What changes the price
- Size: benches longer than 1,500 mm or wider than 750 mm need extra pipes/joints or thicker profiles.
- Quantity: orders above 20 benches get a better price (lead time 2–3 weeks); recurring customers get a 6-month price hold.
- Worktop and accessories: ESD rubber mat is standard; ESD laminate, lights, sockets and casters are extra.
- Distance (delivery and installation fee): HCMC delivered pre-assembled; Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An delivered and installed 7–10 days after confirmation, free delivery and installation for orders over VND 20 million; farther provinces quoted with freight.
- Tax: prices exclude 8 % VAT; export processing enterprises get a 0 % VAT invoice and PRIMEAG files the on-the-spot customs declaration for orders from VND 20 million.

- Price per bench: size, worktop, accessories, unit price excl. VAT, freight (if any) and total.
- Free PDF drawing for approval before production, plus a pipe/joint list so the factory can extend later.
- Free ESD resistance test report for every bench (worktop and point-to-ground, TR1800 meter, signed and stamped PAG-QA-ESD-01 report) delivered with the goods; acceptance per 5 checks.
- Warranty: 3 years on the frame; 12 months on ESD worktop, lights, sockets, casters; joints, casters, worktops and ground cords kept in stock.
- Lead time: standard models 5–7 working days; new designs 10–15 days (incl. drawing approval); over 20 benches 2–3 weeks.

Is there a resistance test report for audits?
Yes. Every bench is tested on the worktop and point-to-ground and recorded in report PAG-QA-ESD-01 (calibrated meter, signed and stamped) delivered with the goods under the supply contract.
