3M 764 floor marking tape for 5S line marking in Vietnamese factories: PVC vinyl, rubber adhesive, total thickness 0.13 mm. Used for temporary lines, pallet-location and rack boxes, and marking walls and pipes — in areas with little foot traffic.
For walkways and hand-trolley lanes choose 3M 471; for forklift aisles choose a thick tape such as 3M 971 (special order).

Do not use 764 on forklift aisles — the tape wears and tears within a short time. For aisles with frequent forklift traffic, consider floor line marking paint. No 3M code required: there is PVC floor marking tape 0.15 mm in 6 colours.
Application: the floor must be dust-free, dry and oil-free; press down with a roller to remove air bubbles; at corners, cut and butt-join pieces instead of bending the tape; do not apply on epoxy floors or on paint that has not fully cured.
